Your first appointment:
At Portsmouth Physiotherapy at home I offer an initial 1 hour appointment. This will involve talking to you to get the details of your problem. I will then carry out a physical examination. Once completed I will give you a fully explained diagnosis of your problem. I will agree a future plan with you, identifying goals and time frames to tailor a programme to enhance your recovery.
